Take a selfie that could save your life
Any day is a good day to schedule your mammogram.
The time to face breast cancer is before it strikes. Early diagnosis can help to identify the number one cancer affecting women in Hawaii today.
It is important for women to know their bodies and alert their primary care physicians of any abnormalities. You should talk to yours about annual mammograms starting at age 40, or younger if there’s a history of breast cancer in your family.
You can make an appointment for your annual mammogram at a Hawaii Pacific Health facility throughout the year. And if you have yours done during Breast Cancer Awareness month from October 1 – 31, 2019, you’ll receive a free phone ring holder (while supplies last). Live your healthier.
For Kauai, please call (808) 245-1030.
Our advanced digital mammography services help doctors better identify suspicious tissue and reduce screening times, re-takes and call-back appointments. We offer both traditional digital mammography and Tomosynthesis, in which a series of images are taken from multiple angles and converted into a three-dimensional image.

If your family history or previous pre-cancer diagnosis puts you at high risk for breast cancer, we provide an intensive surveillance program to identify problems early. This multidisciplinary program includes imaging services, physician and nursing services, genetic counseling and testing, nutritional and psychological counseling, education and research.
