Stop the Bleed Training

Applying the tourniquet to prevent bleeding during the first aid training

Go from bystander to empowered during an emergency situation by learning how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and how to stop it. Training is offered by Hawaii Pacific Health's medical centers as part of Stop the Bleed, a national public safety initiative created to equip bystanders with the knowledge and training necessary to provide lifesaving assistance in a bleeding emergency before professional help can arrive to the scene.
