This conference is intended for physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health care professionals who are interested in engaging generations in the workplace.


Objectives:
1. Discuss how each of us is a piece of the whole puzzle in making our HPH Mission a reality.
2. Discuss the key general characteristics of the four generations in the workplace.
3. Apply the Human-Business Model and Active Listening in their interactions at work.

Continuing Education:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.


Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit (s) ™ and for 3.5 contact hours for nurses.
