This conference is intended for physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health care professionals who are interested in enhancing their skillset for leading meetings.
Objectives:
1. Prepare for and conduct a successful meeting and charter a team.
2. Discuss topics that emphasize facilitation skills and handling difficult situations.
