OFFERING INFORMATION:
This course will advise healthcare leaders on a variety of legal issues.
This course is for Hawai'i Pacific Health (HPH) employees and credentialed physicians only. Mahalo.
OBJECTIVES:
1. Identify employment-related laws.
2. Review the leadership role in adhering to employment-related laws.
3. Identify when to escalate issues and to whom.
