OFFERING INFORMATION:
This series will assist physicians in their Quality Improvement (QI) projects by providing education on process management, the written process model, etc.
This offering is for Hawai‘i Pacific Health (HPH) physicians and HPH credentialed physicians only.


OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
1. Incorporate into practice state-of-the-art clinical practice improvement projects.
2. Apply quality improvement methods to manage and integrate non-clinical processes.
3. Implement sustainable quality improvement programs.
4. Incorporate into practice, quality improvement training.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ for physicians. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
