OFFERING INFORMATION:
Pediatric Physicians and Nurses are faced with constantly evolving evidence-based practices and standards of care. This offering will educate clinicians about individual statistics and how they can be interpreted across studies as well as having a positive impact on pediatric hospital medicine.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Apply the latest evidence to the practice of Pediatric Hospital Medicine.
2. Update practice accordingly based on practice improvement discussions and current available evidence.
3. Improve practice by identifying systems issues that may have impacted patient care.
4. Improve communication between all those involved in the care of the pediatric patient.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
