COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This conference is intended for physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Implement a systematic approach by identifying patient outcomes.
2. Recognize current strategies in management of unique clinical conditions.
3. Improving collaboration between disciplines to improve patient outcomes in Hawai‘i.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
