Muscle Endurance - 6 Week Series

A classic strength and endurance workout with dumbbells and resistance bands doing compound exercise.  Develop and tone faster.  Improve balance coordination and body awareness while gaining strength for real life demand. Learn multi joint power teaching your body to work as a unit.
