Brain and Balance Training - 6 Week Series

Exercise your brain to improve your balance.  Multiple sensory systems contribute to your ability to maintain balance and move safely.  Age-related changes affect these systems.  Learn exercises that target and challenge the brain and body to improve motor skills, agility, coordination, posture, balance and reduce your risk of falling.
