Please note: Classes are designed for our adult patients, and unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children in classes at this time. Thank you for your understanding by leaving your children in the care of family or friends while you attend your class.
We need your help to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our patients and visitors to our medical center. This 3-week series of classes (9 total hours) is designed to educate expectant new parents on how best to prepare for a newborn baby. Topics of discussion will include preparing for your baby, breastfeeding for expectant mothers, and your baby at birth. The class will also discuss general care and bathing, child safety and childproofing, child passenger safety, as well as infant CPR for Family and Friends. Adults only please; we are unable to accommodate children in classes.
Things To Bring: Please bring with you to class water and snack/meal for break time.
