Strong core muscles help maintain posture, reduce strain on the spine and keep the body stable and balanced. Strengthen your core muscles in various ways using your body weight, a stability ball, and a foam roller. Led by exercise physiologist, Marcie Nowack.
Our Virtual Core Training will be held through a video conference call. A link will be sent to the email provided during registration.
You will need a floor mat, an exercise ball, and a foam roller. If a series has already begun, we welcome you to join the remaining classes by calling our Hawai‘i Pacific Health Contact Center at 808-527-2588.
