• Where are you located?

  We have four main centers - Kapiolani, Pali Momi, and Straub on Oahu, and Wilcox on Kauai. We also have many clinics located throughout the state. 
  
  

• Do I need to get a referral from a doctor?

  Depending upon your insurance carrier, you may or may not need a referral from your primary care physician (PCP). Please check with your PCP or your insurance company to find out if you need a referral. If you need assistance, please call our HOPE line at 643-HOPE (4673) or contact us.

• What kinds of treatments are available?

  We treat a variety of conditions for infants and toddlers all the way through to adults.  See a full list of the services we can provide.
