  • Free Pregnancy Class & Guide
    A free, two-hour class open to all couples planning or expecting a baby. Whether this is your first or second child, this class can help you have the healthiest pregnancy, and baby, possible.   • Prepared Childbirth
    This nine-hour class series is designed for those in their last 3 months of pregnancy. Topics include anatomy, overview of labor, comfort measures, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, laboring positions, phases of labor, pain medication options, birthing options, support person's role, Caesarean delivery and postpartum care. Various series options are available to meet your individual needs. Sign-up online.

  • Infant Care/CPR/Breastfeeding
    This 3-week series includes “Breastfeeding for Expectant Parents”; Baby Basics (includes bathing and diapering, information on wellness, illness, child proofing your home, crying, colic, car seat safety); and Pediatric CPR. Sign-up online.

  • Breastfeeding
    Our three-hour class prepares expectant parents for breastfeeding. It covers lactation, advantages and disadvantages of breastfeeding and bottlefeeding, feeding cues and techniques, how babies nurse and problem solving tips (Part of the “Infant Care” series). Sign-up online.

  • CPR Family & Friends
    This is an awareness class, NOT a certification course. It is a two-hour class designed for parents and caregivers to learn how to prevent accidents, how to check for responsiveness, what to say when calling 911, rescue breathing, CPR, and how to respond to choking or poisoning. (Part of the "Infant Care" series, or can be taken separately). Sign-up online.
