MyHealthAdvantage is not for urgent medical matters
MyHealthAdvantage should not be used for urgent medical matters. If you have
a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Electronic copy of your medical record
At Hawai‘i Pacific Health, we're proud to use electronic medical records. Safety,
efficiency, and ease of use are just some of the benefits. Another important benefit
is increased access to information for our patients. You may request an electronic
copy of your medical record, including test results, procedures, problem and medication
lists, allergies and discharge orders. Simply contact our Health Information Services
(Medical Records) departments. An abbreviated version of this file can also be downloaded
by patients who participate in MyHealthAdvantage program.
